1.) What does copyright law protect?

2.) Why are there copyright laws?

3.) What is fair use?

4.) Does fair use completely cover whatever she wants to do or are there limits to what is fair?
Answers

1.) The copyright law protects against authors and people who have work and don’t want other people to copy it and say it’s their own.

2.) There are copyright laws because a lot of books and quotes and other stuff were getting copied and the person who copied them was getting credit for someone else’s work.

3.) Fair use is using your own work and not taking one second to highlight and copy someone else’s work. Fair use is taking time and earning the grade you deserve. If that means taking an F then get the F and know why you got that F.

4.) Yeah there has to be limits because without limits then you couldn’t quote the person or you couldn’t give credit to the person if you wanted there work in your also.
