Dogs vs. Cats Who's A Better Pet

I think dogs are better friends to play with, but on the other hand cats are better to just chill with. Like you can chill with a cat not worrying if it is going to go pee or poo in your room or where ever you may be. A dog will poo or pee at random if you do not train it not to do that certain thing. If you do train a dog it will still make a mistake if it can't get out the door. Cats will have a litter box for when ever he or she wants to use the bathroom. many dogs are bread for running and their loving nature to be man's best friend. Cat's are mainly bread for the customer, and on who is buying the certain cat.

The LG Chocolate- MacMaui

The Chocolate from LG
The Chocolate phone from LG is pretty cool! It is touch activated on the front and the numbers are like bubbles when you puss them down. A lot of people are trying to say oh when you put it in your pocket the touch buttons go off. Then put a lock on it wow are you guy's that stupid. It comes with a lock already on it. Also you could change the sensitivity towards the touch pads so if you rub against it, it won't push buttons. What's the big deal anyway it's not like you can dial numbers when it in your pocket. It is also a part MP3 player so you could have your new songs right there on your phone. I think the Chocolate is a cool phone and I’m getting it this Thursday! You should buy it online to get a fifty dollar discount for those of you that are paying for it yourselves. LG is a pretty good company known for expensive phones and reliable phones. Here's a link to the Chocolate, Chocolate Web Site.
Warriors Win NBA Playoffs Round One
Dallas Head coach Avery Johnson as seen above.
The Golden State Warriors win the NBA playoffs round 1 and they are off to a really good start. Stephen Jackson as seen on my left had a great game. He picked up 33 points and 10 out of nine Field goals. "I wanted to be aggressive," Jackson said. "Baron came out and told me he wasn't feeling as good as he had in previous games, and he wanted me to carry us. I wanted to stay focused, not worry about calls, not get too emotional, just bring my energy with my play.". For the Mavericks their best player was Josh Howard who scored twenty points and 8 out of nineteen Field goals. Their usual star Dirk Nowitzki only scored eight points and shot 0 for 6 three point shots, he also had three turnovers that costed Dallas major points. Baron Davis as seem on my right had twenty points with a pulled hamstring. He made three out of ten three pointers and had ten rebounds. The Warriors over came great odds and struggles through the number one seed in the playoffs and knocked them out. This is one of the few times this has ever happened. Dallas head coach Avery Johnston may lose his job for benching Dirk Nowitzki in game 3? New reporters say that he is taking a lot of heat for benching his star players when the series was tied. Could they have won if he didn't bench them?

MLB vs. NFL

Kattenhorn, Jake
Global Communications
7th Period Script
Sports MLB vs. NFL
MLB
There’s a big difference between the two sports and how they are played. One thing the both have in common is that they both use ball to play the sport. First let’s talk about baseball, and how you play it. Well you will need a glove, bat, cleats, uniform, and eight other players not including yourself. You will need a pitcher, second basemen, first basemen, third basemen, shortstop, catcher, left fielder, right fielder, and a center fielder. The pitcher will throw the ball at the batter’s strike zone and try to get three strikes. When the batter gets three strikes he is out and the next batter will have to take his place. The pitcher has one of the most important jobs because with out a pitcher you couldn't play because no one could pitch the ball. The batter will try to hit the ball and if he succeeds he will run all the way to first base and if the ball is still not yet played then he could go to second and on from there. The goal in baseball in the offence or batting position is to score runs off the defense.
The defenses objective is to not allow runs to come in by pitching good or making plays in either the infield or outfield. If the defense catches the ball then the player is out. If the defense fields the ball and throws it to first before the runner gets there then the runner is out. A player on the offence could hit the ball over the outfield fence and if he does then it is a home run. You also could score someone on any base by hitting the ball and advancing the runners either home or to other bases such as second third or first. The defense could also try to pick off the players if they are taking a lead at first. The pitcher can throw the ball to first and get the leader out if he chooses to. The player on the bag or base can run or steal second by running on his/her own risk and slide to second or to any other base without being thrown out by the catcher.
NFL
The NFL is very different compared to the MLB. They both need to consist of scoring points and running. The NFL has a lot of players the middle line backers the safety’s the quarterbacks the tight ends the wide receivers the running backs the tailbacks the corners or the linebackers. They all consist of blocking and tackling. The quarterbacks are the only designated throwers on the field. They will try to get a touchdown by throwing to a receiver or handing off to a running back. The defenses job is to stop or tackle the guy with the ball at all costs. If the quarterback gets tackled then it’s called a sack. If someone gets tackled and they lose the ball it’s called a fumble. When this occurs the defense can get the ball and try to score a touchdown. When a quarterback throws a ball and the defense catches it then it is called an interception. After a touchdown you have a chance to go for two extra points or one if you go for one then you can kick a field goal for one point. To make a field goal you will need to kick the football through the uprights. If you go for two then you can pass or run depending on the situation. You could also kick a field goal for three points with out a touchdown in front of it at any time in the game.
1.) Witch one do you like better NFL or the MLB?
2.) Did you have any questions about either sport?
3.) Witch one would you rather play?
4.) Witch one do you think is more complicated MLB or NFL?
5.) Witch one do you think would cause more injuries?
6.) Witch one would you rather go to a MLB game or a NFL game?

Del.icio.us Blog Top 3 Sites

My top three sites on Del.icio.us were The Warriors home page, the game web site call Teagames, and Schoolloop. I chose the Warriors because they are my favorite basketball team and they are in the playoffs. They are versus the Dallas Mavericks and the lead the series three to one in a seven game series. I chose (The picture to the right of TG Motorcross on Teagames web site) Teagames because when I'm bored at my house I do that or watch T.V. Last on my list and last to do before I go to sleep is homework on Schooloop.com. I get my homework from there and then I transfer it over to my notebook with the assignment it tells me I have to do. That's my top three tags on Del.icio.us.

Family To Me #2
1.) What's your idea of what a family can be?
My idea of what family can be is a close friend, parents, siblings, uncles, aunts ,cousins, anyone blood related, people who you have known for your whole lives, adults you can trust, and of course you pets any kind of pet.
2.) Who is in your family circle?
All my blood related parents, brothers, cousins, uncles, aunts, or any one like that. My pets all my close friends and some of my dad's friends that I have known for my whole life.
3.) What is your family like?
My family is chill and everyone in it has different qualities that make them, them. My dad and his side of the family are all althetic. My mom's side of the fsmily is sensitive and more at ease with there surroundins. My brother joey is a cool person to be around he is funny and athletic taking after my dad's side of my family. My little brother is annoying and sensitive like my mom's side of the family so is my little sister. I'm the more laid back one in the family and I don't get very good grades but I never got a D or a F before so my parents are happy about that.
4.) Does your family circle involve a variety of people?
Yeah it does if you mean race wise. I hace Irish, Spanish, and german all in me.
5.) Different generations?
Yeah I guess I do one geration is from spain my granfather and my grandmother. Another is from germany my great gandfatehr and my great grandmother. My dad's and mom's generations were all here and so is mine so far.
6.) Explain the following quote:
"Families evolve from a patchwork of possibilities"
That quote means hat if you make a mistake or something then you need to patch it up it's all about the good and the bad. Also patchwork to me means that if you have problems with your family then patch it up no sense in fighting about it if your family.

Copyright #3
1. ) Why can’t copyrighted materials be put on a school website?
2.) How much stuff on the web is copyrighted? (not much, a quarter, about half, etc?)
3.) What is Creative Commons? What does it mean?
4.) Compare the two songs in this copyright case. Do you think the following songs are targeted at different audiences?
5.) Did Harrison infringe on the Chiffon's hit? You be the judge. Listen to the two samples at the following link. How would you rule this?
http://www.benedict.com/Audio/Harrison/Harrison.aspx
6.) Rap or Rock? Can you tell the difference?
Copyright #2
2.) Why are there copyright laws?
3.) What is fair use?
4.) Does fair use completely cover whatever she wants to do or are there limits to what is fair?
1.) The copyright law protects against authors and people who have work and don’t want other people to copy it and say it’s their own.
2.) There are copyright laws because a lot of books and quotes and other stuff were getting copied and the person who copied them was getting credit for someone else’s work.
3.) Fair use is using your own work and not taking one second to highlight and copy someone else’s work. Fair use is taking time and earning the grade you deserve. If that means taking an F then get the F and know why you got that F.
4.) Yeah there has to be limits because without limits then you couldn’t quote the person or you couldn’t give credit to the person if you wanted there work in your also.
Copyright?
1.) Copyright is the law that protects the work of authors, artists, composers, and others from being without permission to copy.
2.) We have copyrighting because authors, composers, and other people don’t want there stuff being copied like it is someone else’s work.

4.)Does your family circle involve a variety of people?
Yeah I have Spanish, German, and Irish in my family.

Yeah I guess if you mean different generations of nationalities then my dad's side is all German and my mom's side is Irish and Spanish.
6.)Explain the following quote:"Families evolve from a patchwork of possibilities"
This quote means to me that if you become a Doctor lets say then most likely so will someone else in your family because they want to be just like you.

Difficulties In Abortion
Wednesday, March 21, 2007
Abortion Questions (Survey)
- What do you know about abortion?
- Is it legal in every state?
- What age requirements should there be?
- First of all, should abortion be allowed?
- Should the patient be forced to see the sonogram of their baby?
- Should parents of a pregnant minor be notified by the law?
- Should the parent of the pregnant woman wanting to have an abortion have the last say in the abortion decision?
- How much does an abortion cost? Or, how much do you think it costs?
- Should abortion be charged as murder?
- What is required to have an abortion in California?
- What rights should women have over their bodies?
- What trimester (months) do you think it would be okay to have an abortion?
Research Abortion

Here's a good link to all of your concerns! Del.icio.us Abortion.
Some of the research I've done shows that most abortions go without parent consent. The parent doesn't need to give their consent even if the child is "underage" or not eighteen. It may cost up to four hundred dollars depending on the month the baby is in. Most hospitals use a pill and it is almost priceless to you. But if you use another method you may have to pay for the surguery costs. If you don't have insurance for the hospital it could cost you a pretty penny.
Friction in Abortion
Abortion Treatment
Mine and Kelly's abortion treatment is about what are project is going to look like. Also it is about how our project will be presented. It will be presented through a video and a pod cast. We will have to interview random people and filter out the majority of the votes. The votes will be determined by the response of the person, if they say I’m against it then it's a no if they say I’m for it then it is a yes. My hypothesis is going to be that more people will be against it then for it. We will ask if the person is for it or against it. Also if the person should be forced to see the ultrasound or sonogram. Whether or not the parents should be told or be kept private. These three questions will be used as the judge in the final say.

Abortion
Kelly is my partner. Our topic is about abortion. It's about all the people's thoughts and how the majority of the people feel. It will include a video presentation that will have people talking about abortion. We first will get some background information on the internet. Next we will think of some interview questions and ask a whole bunch of people and hopefully come to a conclusion. I think a lot of people will feel uncomfortable when talking about this topic. We have to choose our words carefully when it comes down to the main part of the video. The issue is extremely controversial. We will try to get an even number of boys and girls so we aren’t sexist against one gender. We will be getting a whole bunch of different points of view like Parents, teenagers, kids, and elders. We hope everything will go smoothly.
